    We do not collect any information about you. None at all.

    What we collect

    Nothing. BYHO does not ask for your name, your email address or any other personal information, and it has no accounts to sign in to. The app does not connect to the internet, so there is nothing for us to receive even if we wanted it. We have no analytics, no advertising and no third party tracking of any kind inside the app.

    What stays on your device

    The app saves your progress on each puzzle, the colours and designs you create, the gems you have collected, and your settings such as sound and shimmer. All of this is stored on your own device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, that information is deleted with it.

    Motion

    The app reads how you are tilting your iPhone or iPad so that the gems can catch the light as you move. That reading is used on your device as it happens and is never stored or sent anywhere.

    Photos

    If you choose to save a finished picture, iOS will ask your permission to add it to your photo library, and the picture is placed there on your device. The app cannot read your photo library and never looks at your existing photos.

    Purchases

    Extra picture packs are one time purchases handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether a pack has been purchased, so it knows what to unlock. Apple's own privacy policy covers that part of the transaction, and you can read it at apple.com/legal/privacy.

    Children

    The app is gentle and suitable for all ages. Because it collects no information from anybody, it collects no information from children either. It contains no advertising and no links out to other websites or social networks.

    Sharing and selling

    There is nothing to share and nothing to sell. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, because we do not have any.

    Changes to this policy

    If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
