We usually reply within a couple of days. It helps enormously if you can tell us which iPhone or iPad you have, which puzzle you were playing, and what happened.
Questions we are asked most
I bought a pack and it is not showing
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that bought them, so please make sure you are signed in to that same account on your device.
Can I use a pack on my other devices
Yes. Packs are a one time purchase and they are Family Sharing friendly, so your family can enjoy them too.
I cannot hear the gems
Check that Sound is switched on in the app's Settings, that Battery Saver is switched off, and that your device is not silenced with the volume turned down.
The gems are not catching the light
The shimmer follows how you tilt your device, so it needs Shimmer switched on in Settings and it will not appear if Battery Saver is on.
How do I keep a picture I finished
Tap the save button on the puzzle to send a full size picture of your finished jewellery straight to your Photos.
Will my work be lost if I close the app
No. Every board is saved on your device as you play, and it will be waiting exactly as you left it. Deleting the app does delete your saved work, because nothing is stored anywhere but your own device.
Can I play on my iPad
Yes, and it is wonderful on one. Bedazzle with your fingers, your favourite stylus, or with an Apple Pencil ~ they are all a delight, so use whichever feels nicest that day.
What do I need to play
An iPhone or an iPad running iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later.
